Hey ladies!!! Did you know that massage can provide relief from menstrual cramps? Yep!! It is a natural and effective method that relaxes the nervous system and helps calm muscle pain, aching joints, abdominal discomfort, and even hormonal headaches. It does increase your flow a bit, but that’s worth the pain relief right?

A home remedy you can do at home is massage a point in your foot.

Directions:

1. Locate the triangular area formed by the heel of your foot, your ankle bone and the Achilles tendon

2. Hold this area between your thumb and fingers
Glide your thumb in different directions, applying downward pressure, radiating out from the ankle

3. Continue massaging with the thumb in a gliding manner varying the pressure

Perform this technique for a few minutes and repeat on each side of the ankle and on both feet
