The holidays are busy, but kids’ teeth still need their daily routine. Even after a busy day, brushing twice daily and flossing once daily help prevent cavities and enamel damage. Keep travel toothbrushes in bags or stockings so routines don’t get lost in the wrapping paper. A few minutes every day could mean a lifetime of healthy smiles!

A cool, damp washcloth or a chilled teething ring can help relieve sore gums. Providing a safe chew toy also encourages healthy gum development. 👶Lots of cuddles and soothing techniques can make the experience easier for everyone.
