People are losing weight faster than ever...

But many are also losing muscle in the process.

And muscle is not optional.

It regulates metabolism.
It supports insulin sensitivity.
It protects you as you age.
It determines how resilient your body is under stress.

The scale does not tell you whether you lost fat or muscle.

Two people can weigh the same -- and have completely different health outcomes.

If you are pursuing weight loss, ask yourself:
