* EXTERIOR SCOPE: Paint Exterior walls, concrete and frame around top window, install new Signage, and replace Canopy/ Anwing.

* INTERIOR SCOPE: Paint walls, replace lightning with LED panels, remove old carpet and install new LV Flooring, and update counter and countertop.
