So story time ,
I went to the gym Friday night after work, it was a long stressful week and I felt like I needed to exercise my way thru it.
So off the gym I go and I work thru a grueling routine sweating heart rate elevated and tired I get prepared to head out.
And just as I do a young white boy walks in using the code, you can only access the gym via code. And he says hey but has a puzzled look on his face so I’m immediately alerted and out my mask back on and respond.
Next thing I know dude was like there’s a guy outside with a mask or something on and he’s just sitting there?
Mind you the day before when I was working out with husband there was a weird driver sitting across the parking lot with high beams on directed right at the gym for like an hr and 40mins ? Creepy right I know. The area were I work out is very bougie so these occurrences are definitely out of the box.
Anywho so at first I mumbled off some words cause I didn’t really know what he was talking about ? So then he was like ma’am is he waiting for you ? There’s a man parked in the middle of the road with like a Halloween mask on and he’s just sitting there it’s weird he was scared and he was like idk why he’s there or he is ?
So I said are you kidding me and hopped up to go find out what the hell he was talking about,
As I go to look out the blinds I said I drove myself, and as I look out the window there’s the intruder sitting right in front of my car with black gloves, black ski mask in a mini suv and he was looking directly at the door. 😱
So then when opened the blinds more to figure out what was going on the intruder decides to whip his vehicle into the area where the dumpster is for the gym it’s not a parking spot it’s just a spot where the dumpster truck drivers can grab the trash.
and so he whips his truck over there really hard and when he did that I ran to the back of the gym because there’s like only one way in one way out so I was like panicking and freaking out and white boy was like what are we gonna do ?
I was like I’mma call the police whiteboy was like he’s too big I can’t take him like an he’s like saying he’s mad he forgot his gun and I’m over here like what?🤔 I’m looking at him like you could be crazy its 2022 people do not care.
so we’re literally in the back of the building where the bathrooms are an I called my husband and I’m telling him what’s going on and we’re just waiting in the back of the gym because we don’t know what the intruder is trying to do , we don’t know if he’s trying to rob the gym or if he’s just picking random spots to attack people.
so we finally go back up to the front and The white boy was like I want to go to my car but I don’t know if he’s still out there and I was like OK we can go at the same time and so he peaks like he opens the front door and he peaks through and he’s like I don’t see him so I said coo same time? let’s go and so we both go to our cars at the same time and I was like be safe an I got in my car.
I’m shaking because I’m like freaking out and I start the car as I’m talking to my husband on the phone and then I drive around the perimeter slightly you know just checking the area because that was really really weird and yeah so I didn’t see the intruder I don’t know where they went but there was an officer in the apartment complex down the street that was like driving around the perimeter of the apartments and these are like expensive condo style apartments these are not like you know I don’t live in a bad area so this is like highly unusual behavior that I’ve experienced in the last few days and I was like what is going on ?
it was very weird and scary and I wish I would have taken a picture or a video and not you know an not letting my fear get me so high but at the same time I just like I really don’t wanna get shot or get stabbed
Or get attacked just because you know I’m trying to capture what I’m seeing here so like
Monday I’m gonna go over there or I’m gonna call and ask to see the footage because like that was crazy I’m like if you guys don’t have cameras outside of your establishment what are you really doing in life ? like this was really scary , really scary and that’s my story time.
