Yes!! We love pouring into our community.
This week, our BrightBridge team had the opportunity to lead a staff-development training for the incredible educators at the YMCA.

Many of the students in their programs have neurodevelopmental disorders or have struggled in traditional school settings. Through the YMCA’s enrichment programs, these learners get a chance to connect, grow, and learn in a setting that truly meets them where they are.

Our presentation focused on antecedent and consequent strategies -practical tools that help educators:
✨ Support students in accessing the curriculum
✨ Foster meaningful peer engagement
✨ Strengthen communication skills
✨ Reduce behaviors that interfere with learning
✨ Build and reinforce replacement behaviors that empower independence

We’re grateful for the partnership and even more grateful for the educators who show up every day ready to make a difference.

This is what community collaboration looks like - supporting students, strengthening teams, and creating spaces where every child can thrive.

Our Fayetteville team took a break from sessions and dove into axe throwing - and what a blast it was! Team nights like this are more than just fun…they’re about connection, laughter, and celebrating the amazing people who pour so much heart into the work we do every day.

We’re grateful for each and every one of our staff members who make BrightBridge what it is. 💛 Here’s to building strong bonds inside and outside of our sessions!

🧠✨ BrightBridge Raleigh Trivia Night! ✨🧠

Our Raleigh team swapped out their usual routines for some brain-busting fun at trivia night — and we had the best time! From quick thinking to teamwork, it was such a great way to celebrate each other outside of the clinic.

Big shoutout to our trivia champs who took home the trophy 🏆 (and bragging rights!) and to everyone who brought their energy, laughs, and competitive spirit. Nights like these remind us how lucky we are to have such an amazing group of people on our team. 💛

🎃✨ Sensory-Friendly Trick or Treat ✨🎃

What an incredible evening with our friends at the YMCA! We loved seeing so many amazing costumes, big smiles, and families enjoying a space that was designed to be fun and sensory-friendly.

At BrightBridge, we believe every child deserves the chance to celebrate, connect, and feel included. This night was such a special reminder of why community partnerships matter — together, we can create events that are welcoming and accessible for all. 💛
