gained weight. lost it again. I've been on a rollercoaster ride when it comes to weight loss. Now, I'm a Team Beachbody Coach. I teach others so that they can learn from my mistakes and my successes. I've learned habits that keep me consistent with exercise and nutrition. Now, I share my story with the world with hopes to inspire folks to find a fitness solution that works for them. I believe in dreams. I believe in uplifting others. I believe in never giving up on your dreams until you've reached your goals.

Sunday Funday! Today we did 7 miles along Salem Lake. It was absolutely freezing and those rolling hills were tough but it felt amazing to be outdoors with my bae!!! With so much going on in the world it feels good to experience love and joy🥰🤗🙆🏿‍♀️ @ Salem Lake Trail

We are completing 4 weeks of the Prep with ! It ain't easy using these slides but it feels soooo good moving my body and developing a stronger core. Yay, us!!!

Balance, the ultimate life goal 🧘🏿‍♀️💆🏿‍♀️💜

I find myself meditating on the word "balance." On one hand, I can be too passive. On the other hand, I can be overly aggressive. I'm working towards being in the middle: righteous without being self-righteous, assertive, setting boundaries. It takes work to practice being "balanced." But, with practice you eventually get to where you are going.

Another workout completed: 84 out of 100. (1) Now, has it taken me longer than 100 days to complete this workout? Yes. (2) Do I care? No. (3) Will I finish? Yes.
When you're committed and dedicated to something it shouldn't matter how long it takes you to finish. As long as you FINISH.
