If you notice yourself feeling off-centered 😩
or scatterbrained, ⏸️ pause to breathe

💨Take a deep breath in, hold it for a few seconds, and then let your breath out. 💨

👣 Feel your feet firmly planted on the earth
or come to a seated position, 🧘
close your eyes and connect to your body
in the way of sensing and feeling—
notice the sense of grounding of your body,
the weight of your body, the posture,
and any other sensations.
