Both of us have completed multiple Ironman races as well. We enjoy helping mostly masters athletes achieve their training and racing goals. We both work in the medical field and have a passion for training and studying training data. Definitely telemetry nerds. We train 8-12 house a week typically. Schedule typically includes 3 runs, 2-3 swims, and 2-3 rides per week. We run Tuesday (speed work), Thursday (tempo), and weekend (long). We swim both in open water and the pool. We ride the airport loop and in Winter Garden (when DST returns) during the week and a variety of routes on weekends. Options for athletes include...Run group Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday if you are looking for company. We do multisport or single sport plans with weekly/monthly/race season schedules built on google docplatform with evaluation of data (requires at least heart rate monitor better if Garmin device, power meters, etc.). We use garmin connect and strava for data review. We also do running plans using the above tools. Train with us to keep us company or get a multisport plan and train on your own.
