Meet Allison Osborne, PA-C ✨

Allison is a board-certified Physician Assistant on our team at Premier Obstetrics & Gynecology (Maitland, Oviedo & Lake Mary).

Born in Germany and raised around the world in a military family, Allison eventually earned her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Christopher Newport University in Virginia. She went on to graduate with honors from Nova Southeastern University’s PA program here in Orlando in 2022. 🎓

With a background in primary care, Allison brings a wealth of knowledge — but her true passion has always been Women’s Health. She’s thrilled to now be providing compassionate care to women of all ages at Premier OB-Gyn. 💜

Outside of work, Allison and her husband stay busy with their three amazing kids, family time, running, volleyball, and their beloved kitties. 🐾

Checking once a month helps you get familiar with how your breasts normally look and feel — so you’ll notice sooner if something changes. Early detection truly matters.

When doing your exam, look and feel for:
👉 Lumps, thickening, or hardened knots
👉 Changes in size, shape, or symmetry
👉 Dimpling, puckering, or redness of the skin
👉 Ni**le changes (inversion, discharge, or pain)
👉 Swelling in the armpit or around the collarbone

✨ Meet Amanda Murphy, PA-C ✨

Amanda is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Premier Obstetrics & Gynecology (Winter Park, Oviedo & Lake Mary). Born and raised in Palm Harbor, FL, she studied Biochemistry at FSU before earning her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch — where she served as class president.

Her career began in Pulmonary Critical Care, but her true passion has always been Women’s Health. Now at Premier OB-Gyn, Amanda provides compassionate care to women of all ages and stages of life — a role she feels deeply grateful for. 💜

Outside of the office, Amanda and her husband Brendan love life with their two little girls, Abigail & Paige. She also serves nationally as the AAPA liaison to ACOG, advocating for Physician Assistants in the OB-Gyn field.

Meet Alex Otto, MD, FACOG — Born and raised right here in Orlando, Dr. Otto returned home in 2024 to serve the community that shaped her. She’s passionate about women’s health at every stage of life, with special interests in minimally invasive surgery, obstetrical care, mental health, and caring for female athletes.

Dr. Otto earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Georgia Southern University as an NCAA student-athlete, attended Ross University School of Medicine, and completed her OB/GYN residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Virginia.

When she’s not caring for patients, you might find her enjoying a latte at a local coffee shop, soaking up the sun in New Smyrna Beach, working out, or spending time with her husband Nate, daughter Skylar, and their greyhounds, Boomer & Malibu.
