As the sun sets on summer 2025, my heart is full with experiences, life-long memories, endless love and a very busy and full-filling work season squeezed in between it all!

A key piece of our personal wellness puzzle of life is our community, our family, our work to support our world to be a better place for all of us to live each and every day.

Life can be heavy, more recently. Another reason to give ourselves the self-care needed to be the healthiest version of ourselves, both mentally & physically. As our best, we will give our best, to ourselves and others.

30 years ago today we said I do❤️

After dating for 10 months mostly long distance, and decided to do life together. We said I DO to growing up together, managing all of the life events, fun and not always fun, creating a family, committing to endlessly and unconditionally loving the four beautiful humans we brought into this world, surrounding ourselves with family and friends who make us better and hopefully we do the same, while continuing to love lots, laugh often and always respect each other as best friends do.
