Self Care Tips

*Some of the ways I care for myself spiritually include taking time to quiet my mind. Yoga, physical activities in nature, and listening to worship music are my favorite ways to quiet the mind and connect with God. 
*Giving gratitude for all things allows me to place my attention on the little miracles we all get to experience every day. This also allows me to find purpose in life’s challenges.
*Physical self-care includes:
Making sure I am breathing in ways that calm my body.
Making sure I move my body or use my KAATSU.
Limiting sugar and processed foods to a minimum. It is NOT sustainable or healthy to GIVE from an EMPTY cup!
