Every Tuesday for 8 weeks starting September 24th through November 12th.
Postnatal 5:15-6:15
Prenatal 6:30-7:30

New prenatal and postnatal 8 week yoga series coming up April 2nd!

The postnatal class has been popular, so please sign up ahead of time to guarantee your spot. Limited spaces available for both classes. Reconnect with your body and have a laugh with arguably the most entertaining group I’ve ever had the privilege to teach.

Series duration: Every Tuesday from April 2nd-May 21st
Postnatal - 5:15 -6:15 pm
Prenatal - 6:30 - 7:30 pm

I’ve had four exceptional women who have joined me from the humble beginnings in a tiny office in Twisp to the gorgeous space at Methow Wellness Center. They chose to participate in 2 rounds of prenatal yoga series and have just finished my brand new postnatal series, and have already signed up for the next one in November. Not only are they consistent, but they’re fun and come with the best sense of humor.
I decided to make their babies these corduroy and flannel bear hats as a thank you for sticking with me. I’m so grateful to you ❤️
