September 2023, I moved from Bentonville, AR ➡️ Asheville, NC
WHY did I move to Asheville?
I found my passion - an ancient healing practice involving all modalities I've previously trained in - bodywork, breathwork, herbalism, meditation, sound therapy, touch therapy, diet & nutrition, lifestyle, trauma healing, etc...

by June 2024, I'll have completed Ayurvedic Studies Program #1️⃣ 1️⃣being an Ayurvedic Health Counselor

ayurveda believes in preventative maintenance, finding your unique state and bringing balance to maintain your unique nature - one man's medicine is anothers poison (vice versa)
