Happy Monday, friends… Spring is here!

The shops in Boothbay Harbor are starting to open for the season, and it already feels like a fresh new beginning along the coast!

Barter’s Island Bees is now open on Saturdays!
If you’re looking for a unique coastal stop, you can sample incredible local honey in so many flavors (seriously… so fun to try!) and browse a beautiful collection of locally made goods including my Bee Pollen Skincare Collection!

There’s just something about the ocean air and little sunshine, that resets everything and I think we all deserve that kind of day this week!

One thing I really love about moisturizing sticks is how easy they are. No scooping, no mess — just glide and go. I keep one on my desk, one in my bag, and one by my bed.

Kushty meaning- All good, comfortable, just right. And that’s exactly the energy I try to move through life (and business) with- steady, calm, and intentional.

So today, instead of diving straight into the chaos, do one fulfilling thing for yourself. Take a walk or step outside for fresh air. Reset your space. Breathe for a minute before the to-do list takes over.

Mondays don’t have to feel heavy to be productive. Sometimes the most “kushty” thing you can do is start gently and let the rest follow.
