Say hello to our April winner, Emmy Rasmussen!

For the past 8 months, Emmy has been bringing heart, kindness, and genuine connection to our community. Growing up around seniors and watching her mom serve as a caregiver, this path was always meant to be, and it shows in everything she does.

Emmy’s favorite CAPLICO value is Customer Second, because she believes everyone should be treated like a friend… and if you’ve met her, you know that’s exactly how she shows up every day. With a smile, a warm greeting, and a sincere “how have you been?”, she makes residents and staff alike feel seen and valued.

When she’s not brightening someone’s day, Emmy enjoys collecting records 🎶- but here at Cranberry Court, she’s busy creating moments that are truly timeless.

Emmy shared that being Captain of the Chaos Crew means everything to her - knowing she can make someone smile or laugh, even on their hardest days. And that right there? That’s what life-changing service looks like.
