The other night I was looking for something easy to make for dinner. So I went "freezer shopping" (my husband's term for using up frozen food). I came up with a bag of jumbo shrimp, a packet of Pampered Chef Scampi Mix, and some Angel hair pasta. In less than 30 minutes I had a delicious meal on the table for both of us to enjoy. This mix is so versatile and can be used with almost any protein you can imagine. Even Garlic Bread! Just add mix to softened butter, spread on crusty bread, Bake at 350 for 15 minutes - yum!
