Monday Motivation

1. Those who have your best interest at heart will always cheer you on.
2. Slowly but surely always wins the race.
3. Success requires consistency, time and effort. If you get tired on your way to the top. Take a break and then start again. In a few years you'll look back and be proud of far you've come.

If it doesn't feel right, then it probably isn't. The questions that I ask myself before investing my energy:
1. Will this relationship or friendship be mutually uplifting?
2. Will I benefit from this new job, business or contract as much as they'll benefit from me?
If the answer is no, then it's not worth the investment.

Had fun creating memories with and
Can’t believe 2022 is half-way through. On my bucket list for the rest of year;

1. Visit family and friends internationally

2. Start meditating again. I love meditating for mental clarity, healing and chakra balancing.
is one of my favorite for meditation music.

3. Improving my health. It’s been a struggle losing and keeping off that pandemic weight. But now that the weather is nice, I’m going to be
adding daily walking to my routine. I’m swapping fruit juice for flavored water and I’m eating low carb bread (40 calories per slice) instead of regular bread. Both diabetes and high blood pressure run in my family, so I’ve got to be on my toes.

4. Getting out and exploring some of the local festivals in the area especially those near water or on a beach. I love the energy that those festivals bring and providing the environment for connecting and networking with cool people.
