Yesterday, Zenith Soul signed a 1-year contract to open the Zen Den our very own dedicated healing space.

What began as virtual offerings is now expanding into a physical environment where you can fully experience alignment of mind, body, and spirit in person.

This is a major milestone, and itā€™s only possible because of your continued support and trust in this journey.

We are excited to share that we are currently scouting locations for our first physical healing space. What began as a virtual and online offering is now evolving into an in-person experience designed to support deeper connection, alignment, and wellness.

This milestone is a direct reflection of your continued support, trust, and engagement with our work. We are truly grateful.

We have two additional spaces to tour before making a final decision. Once weā€™ve completed our visits, we will invite our community to participate in the selection process by voting on the space that will become The Zen Den.

Sound healing is often perceived as simple relaxationā€¦
but in truth, it is a deeply studied and intentionally refined practice.

Becoming a sound healer requires an understanding of how frequency, vibration, and rhythm influence the brain and nervous system. Everything we need to feel grounded, balanced, and aligned already exists around us. The Earth naturally supports our healing through fresh air, sunlight, water, and the simple act of being present in nature.

At Zenith Soul, growth is part of the journey and this past Saturday was a major milestone for us.

After 12 weeks of intensive learning, development, and behind-the-scenes work, we proudly participated in our very first pitch competition.

Stepping on that stage and presenting our vision, our services, and the purpose behind Zenith Soul was both exciting and humbling. While it pushed us outside of our comfort zone, it also allowed us to share what weā€™re building a space dedicated to healing, alignment, and elevating mind, body, and spirit.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Veterans Growing America for the education, mentorship, and opportunity to grow as a business.

A heartfelt and sincere THANK YOU to everyone who showed up to support Zenith Soul. Your presence, encouragement, and belief in our mission mean more than words can express. That support is what fuels us to keep going and growing.

We also want to recognize two phenomenal women-owned businesses, Reaffirm Vibes and Nutthin But Scrubs. Your passion, vision, and dedication are truly inspiring, and it was an honor to stand alongside you.

Whewā€¦ we made it through another week!

Here at Zenith Soul, we honor Gratitude Monday, a time to pause, reflect, and give thanks. Today, I want to express my deepest gratitude to each of you who continues to support, engage, and grow with this community.

Thank you for showing up. Thank you for trusting the journey. And thank you for making it through another week you are seen, appreciated, and celebrated.

Soul famā€¦ whew šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø this week has been a long and very busy one, and I am feeling it. Iā€™ve been a bit quiet because I needed to take a moment to rest and recharge.

This week I attended several VA appointments, handled mom duties, and stayed active with community work so itā€™s been a full one. Itā€™s so important that we take time for ourselves, family and community.

Thank you to everyone who has checked in on me, it truly means so much.

Iā€™ll be getting back to posting more frequently very soon. Thank you all for your patience, your understanding, and for continuing to support me even when I go a little quiet.

I appreciate each and every one of you more than you know.
