Yoga With DiLynn Hi! I'm Di. I'm a 40-something wife and empty nest mom of three. I'm a disabled veteran, who deals with ptsd from sexual trauma.

To empower individuals through yoga and magick, fostering healing, self-discovery, and joy Weaving together ancient wisdom and modern techniques, we create a space for personal growth, cultivating kindness, and spreading love in a world that needs it most I want to help others the way I was helped.
