I’m Laura Abernathy, Licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist. When I was 14 I had a Brazilian exchange student who asked me to give her a massage and she said I was better than her own massage therapist back home. So, clearly I had a natural talent, but I also liked the way it made me feel. Helping others feel relaxed and taking away their aches and pains made me feel like I made a difference; whether big or small.
I continued to give massages to family and friends until 2006 when I graduated from Brown College in Mendota Heights.
I have been massaging full-time now for 14 years.
Before starting my own practice, I had the privilege of working at:
Massage Envy– Vadnais Heights
All About Me– Inver Grove Heights
The Healing Place– Cottage Grove
Lifeline Chiropractic
Even Kuehl Massage Center
My goal is to help each of my clients gain awareness and balance through therapeutic massage. This healing helps reduces tension, relieves stress and enhances the quality of day-to-day activities.
I help client gain awareness, balance all while listening to their personal goals and needs.
“Breathe and relax; I will take care of the rest.”
