How are your New Year goals going? We are a few weeks into the year... usually by this point a few of our resolutions have fallen to the wayside. Goals and dreams are inspiring, but they can also feel BIG. They don’t always fit neatly into a 12-month timeline, and the path to reaching them often includes setbacks. When progress isn’t perfect, it’s easy to feel like we’ve failed.
This year, let’s focus on habits instead of goals.
