Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour (increases to $18.50/hour after completing 40 RBT course – negotiable with experience)

About Us:
Giving Better Lives LLC is seeking compassionate, motivated staff to join our Day Program team. We will provide full training and support, including preparation and testing to become a certified Behavior Technician (BT).

Qualifications:
• Education: GED or higher required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Compassion for individuals with developmental disabilities
• Experience in ABA or Direct Support preferred (but not required – we will train!)

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience working with DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) and individuals with IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities)
✅ Bachelor’s Degree required (or 4+ years verifiable experience in the field if degree is not held)
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Position Details:
🕗 Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
💵 Salary: Starting at $55,000 annually (Negotiable based on experience)
