How do you respond to short term diets?

STOP! Don’t fall for fad diets

Instead focus on healthy eating nutritious food and habit change

Diets are not sustainable.

When you shift your mindset - you shift the way you think of food, your body, mental health, emotional health, and spiritual health.

It is possible for the mind, body and spirit to be in harmony, but you have to get your mind on board with it.
