At the end of this past year, I had the profound honor of donating a kidney to my nephew. It was an experience filled with love, gratitude, and perspective, and I’m deeply thankful I was able to support him in this way.

My recovery is taking a bit longer than I expected, so I’ll be stepping back for a short sabbatical over the next few months. During this time, I’ll be keeping a light schedule for events and individual sessions while I continue to heal and regain strength.

I won’t be setting a firm date for the next sound healing just yet, but I encourage you to keep an eye out for upcoming announcements as I ease back into my offerings.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and the kindness so many of you have already shared. I look forward to returning with renewed energy and reconnecting with you soon.

We had a fantastic time with Richard Hite yesterday at his EMDR workshop here at the Sanctuary. We learned how to utilize EMDR for physical pain and discomfort as well as emotional pain. Truly fascinating how the brain works! There were a number of people who got to experience Richard's mastery firsthand as he was generous with volunteers. I was one of them. I was able to notice and explore how my nervous system gets activated and I dissociate in certain situations. Now I have a tool to use to begin the healing of this very early program. Then he entranced us all with a deeply relaxing gong concert. We are looking forward to having Richard back for more learning, connection and healing. I had the great fortune to attend a women's sweat down in Sumner at Berta's yesterday, joined by two good friends. It took us a while to get down there with traffic, but it was a beautiful day and the time with ladies was nourishing. Gratitude to Berta for continuing to show up to create a place for women to heal. Words cannot express how deeply grateful I am. Prayers and blessings to all the women who came to pray.
