Before he landed at Chateau, Tom spent years in the high-pressure world of large corporate restaurants as a classically trained, skilled, and accomplished chef. But somewhere along the way, he found something better than a fine dining kitchen. He found us.

In this long-form spotlight, Tom takes you behind the scenes of his world: the beer demos and wine tastings he hosts for residents (yes, there's an on-site brewery, and yes, it's as cool as it sounds), the stories residents share over a glass that he says he'll carry with him forever, and the gold medal-winning brew that put him on the national craft beer map.
