Let's break the stigma and discrimination towards mental illness. Today's world mental health day.
TIPS
#1 if you see someone struggling with mental illness instead of making fun of them or talking about them why don't you see if you can help them. See if they have seen their doctor if they have been taking their meds. See what you can do cuz sitting and just cracking jokes well you are part of the problem. Do you laugh at someone that has cancer? Why laugh at someone with mental health.
#2 lean a hand when someone is deep in their illness and struggling offer to do laundry or cook a meal , stop at the store offer childcare. Dont except them to know what they need help just offer what you can do I promise they need what ever you offer.
#3 Educate yourself and others around you. You can't understand something if you don't know anything about it.
