Hello Everyone,

I would like to reach out to clear up any confusion and sort out any rumors that are going around. Dr. McDonald and I are sorry to say that the Eye Care Center of Monroe County will officially be closing on September 30, 2022, due to circumstances out of our control. This has not been a decision that I have made lightly. Before these unforeseen circumstances in July of 2022, I had no intention to leave Woodsfield.

August 29, 2022, will be the last day that we will have a doctor in Woodsfield to see patients. However, I am accepting all patients at the Barnesville Vision Center at 177 East Main Street, Barnesville, OH 43713. All patient records will go with me, and patient care will resume as normal starting on September 6, 2022. After this date, I will be seeing patients at the Barnesville Vision Center five days a week. We are actively reaching out to our patients who are already scheduled at ECCOMC beyond August 29 and rescheduling them in Barnesville.
