Those who take my class, how many times would you say I suggest closing the eyes in class?? What other things do I say repeatedly?!

Classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 6:30-7:30pm and Saturday mornings 8-9am. 🫶🏻

Also, the The Greenwood General Store is opening today!! Let’s do yoga then go get ice cream! 🍨

I had 10 wonderful humans in class tonight. It always warms my heart to have such a turnout but, it also gives me an opportunity to break things down and really get to the basics of yoga and the breath which are so important. Thank you to all who encourage me and support the studio. It truly means more than you know. 🫶🏻🙏🏻
