What are you nourishing yourself with? πͺ΄ If you step back and take a look at all the parts of your life β do you notice any trends?
ποΈ for example, are you addicted to feelings of stress & urgency? (Coffee, fast food, loud music, murder mysteries, gossip, drama, toxic relationship dynamics, avoidance of paperwork & big conversations, demanding jobs, staying busy, procrastinating?)
Not that all of those things are bad, but take note if you notice that youβre creating a specific type of physical condition for yourself that may conflict with the higher self-healing path youβre on.
These can be sub-conscious, meaning behaviors happening below the surface that you havenβt become aware of yet, or skills you havenβt realized you havenβt developed yet.
The good news is, this means there are limiting beliefs you can work on and new skills you can learn.
The key to healing is slowing down your life from 90mph to 25mph and beginning to pay attention to the thoughts youβre participating in and the way your body FEELS as you go about your day.
As you bring in tools to gain more self awareness, you might be surprised to discover youβve been holding onto feelings and behaviors that have been keeping you stuck & manifesting the circumstances youβre trying to grow out of. β€οΈ
