Check back next week. I'm going to add a "post-pandemic" Shape-and-Show video for all to use at home and get you toned for the warm weather, in the Northeast and for all other warm climates that you are fortunate to be outside all the time. It's a gentle workout focusing on your core, large movements to get your circulation moving, and also helps with brain dynamics. ,

With disappointment and sadness I am withdrawing from running the Falmouth Road Race Sunday August 15. My injured knee that 20cc of fluid was removed still hurts when I run. Todau I did 3.1 miles of a brisk walk listening to the inspirational Dr. Joe Dispenza..I feel great and will just do it next year. Thank you all for your support throughout my training and healing of my injury.

AxiaOmega-wellness for all whether your shape, size, age or fitness level

Inspired by wellness and good health and motivated by friends...AxiaOmega(tm) is launched. Fitness and wellbeing have always been an important part of my life starting at a young age whereby the only exposure I had to exercise was through my early and highschool years. The Junior Olympic initiative that the gym classes had us participate in made a real mark on me, leaving me with the inspiration that one day I could be in the Olympics. Well, that didn’t happen but I trained and ran 9 marathons (best time 3 hrs 39 mins), many short and long-distance races, with the most recent being the 7.1 mile Falmouth Road Race last August 18, 2019, on my birthday and joined by my daughter Emanuelle (first time), and niece Bianca (first time too.)

As I built my professional life as a Strategic Marketing, Communications, and Digital Marketing executive, and had a family, it didn’t leave me a lot of time for my fitness and exercise routines. Therefore, inspired by fitness gurus, Bootcamp and marshall arts instructors, Yoga and meditation, I evolved my fitness program to include a wellness component. I actually gave myself permission to not be stressed if I couldn’t work out and that “smaller” exercise routines were great too. Utilizing this evolved state of mind and as I aged, I came up with routines that really help me stay in shape, keep me toned, while adding to my aerobics and increase heart rate programs. I still run, but shorter distances and add walking also--and that’s ok too!

My lifelong friends who were there cheering my long training runs in the Hampton summers, and at the finish line, asked me to share my knowledge and create a wellness fitness organization so that I can include what I learned and what has worked for me. Therefore, I owe my inspiration and motivation to Dr. Renee Ross, Marlene Katz, Susan Pedersen, Sandra Finley, my daughter Emanuelle Andrianopoulos, my son Thomas Andrianopoulos-Fenton, and my lifelong partner George Cancelmo (who also films, edits and produces my videos.)

I hope that you enjoy the lifelong knowledge I gained from both studying and actually implementing the wellness, food, and fitness programs that have given me such joy and kept me in shape as I launch into the rest of my life with the body I was born with.
