Love seeing spaces like this open locally! A similar spot saved my sanity back when I had a busy toddler and a newborn.

✨ Much-needed self-care day for this doula...

Thank you, Jen () for loosening up all the knots in my back and helping my body feel relaxed and rejuvenated again.

OBGYNs are trained 🔪 surgeons, specializing in high-risk pregnancies.

✔️ They are an excellent choice if you are planning the best possible C-secion, or a medically complex birth.

❌ They are a terrible choice if you want a natural, low-intervention birth. Most rarely or never get to witness a spontaneous, completely unmedicated delivery with zero interventions.

🌿 Midwives are providers who specialize in natural, physiologic birth.

👉 When choosing a provider for your pregnancy and delivery, choose someone who is an ✨ expert ✨in the type of birth that you want.

This doula invested in herself today, and had her colors done with the amazing Dahci at of Colour West Side Worcester.

Turns out I'm a Summer! Colors that look great on me are low contrast, muted, and cool. Specifically, I'm a combination of mid-summer and brown summer. What do you think?

If you are looking to "find" yourself again after pouring your heart and soul into motherhood, I highly recommend investing in color analysis with Dahci.
