What a wonderful way to end the Paddle & Restore Season! Great weather, great people, some yoga, and an Owl Meditation which was inspired by hearing an owl last week!

Really enjoyed celebrating our first Howl at the Moon with these fun humans!!! Guided meditation on the water and we howled. So much fun on the water!

Our last “official” Stretch & Restore is Sunday Oct. 5 at Howard Rd Boat Ramp. 4-5:30pm. Please arrive 20-30 min to get your Paddleboard or kayak ready. Let me know you are coming by texting me at 614-425-7128.

Our first Howl at the Moon was a success! What a great time at Cheshire Boat Ramp and paddling around in the calm water. I did a guided Yoga Nidra meditation on the moon. What was super cool is at the meditation we heard an owl hoot! We even Howled at the end of the meditation. I think we will do it again!
