Surfers Healing is an incredible surf camp that gives children with autism and their families a day at the beach they'll never forget. Founded by pro surfer Izzy Paskowitz and his family 15 years ago, this organization now teaches surfing to thousands of children worldwide. We are honored to see them every year for their event on Wrightsville Beach and we couldn't ask for a better organization visiting our community!

Well that’s officially a wrap on our 2021 Surfers Healing camp! A big thank you goes out to the awesome volunteers who showed up this morning to help unload the truck, clean the gear and pack everything away safely in storage. Until next year….💙🏄‍♀️🏄‍♂️

Well, you all know what time it is! The truck got loaded today and we are ready! So excited for tomorrow as I’m sure we all are! Last count down...just ONE, yes ONE more sleep until we surf!🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️🌞

Today we want to focus on the hundreds of people who unconditionally give back to the community and support this cause, not only on camp day, but throughout the year! It is because of them giving their time, energy, heart, and soul that make the NC camps possible! Thank you all so much! So...count down continues....TWO more sleeps!

Happy Friday Eve Surfers Healing Ohana! Things are coming together on our end for camp and we are so excited! The smile on this sweet little one's face says it all…this is what it is all about and we can't wait to stand on the beach with you all, watch the kids surf and cheer them on! Count down continues and we are at 4, yes only FOUR more sleeps! See you all soon! 🏄‍♀️🏄‍♂️

Well, the east coast adventure starts today in Maryland, which means we are getting closer to our "One Perfect Day"! The team is still working hard getting everything prepared, and while we still have things to do we will be ready! Count down continues and we are getting closer with only FIVE more sleeps! 🌊🏄

Happy Tuesday Surfers Healing Ohana! Count down continues and we thought we would begin our day with everyone's favorite, the Prayer Circle! Each year we begin camp this way, blessing us all and the day! This is one of our favorite things about camp, and we sure missed it last year! So, everyone have a most wonderful, blessed day and just think, only 6 more sleeps until we surf! 🏄‍♀️🏄☀️🌊

Well, it you don't know what time it is, here’s your reminder: It is COUNT DOWN time to camp! We didn’t get to do it last year, and while camp may be a little different this year, it will still be great! Considering what we have all gone through in the past year or so, having camp this year makes us al SOOOO happy! So, here goes, 7 more sleeps until we surf! 🏄‍♀️🏄
