Counseling for individuals 18+ in Wylie, TX. I often tell my clients your mental health is just as important as your physical and spiritual health.

I work with adults who are looking to work through a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, looking for self-improvement or just want someone to talk to about things. We will explore present day concerns and see if we can connect any patterns of behavior that may have been shaped by our early experiences in life. Together, we can work toward understanding ourselves better and improve the ways we cope and think about the issues in front of us. Therapy can be hard but rewarding work.
