Our Story
Stacy’s Family Farm is a small local farm located in Wynantskill, NY. Over the past few years we have been revitalizing old farm land that has been in the family for the past two generations. In our attempt to return to our old roots, we have incorporated various organic methods in terms of animal nutrition and crop maintenance. Utilizing permaculture practices, each aspect of the farm provides a helping hand. Bill Mollison, known as the Father of Permaculture, coined the term in reference to “permanent agriculture” where every element within an ecosystem works in harmony, supporting each other. Similarly, the staff and volunteers at Stacy’s Family Farm work in unison, bring their own set of talents to the farm table!
