Today is a new day!! I learned since my traumatic fall, I’m not invincible!!
Seven years ago I fell and broke my humerus bone in my left arm (there is nothing humorus about breaking your humerus!!) Was that tough, definitely but this fall on my 35th wedding anniversary reminded me exactly how fragile I have become.
I thought I found products to help me control my pain and weight a few years ago and I did.
I will always appreciate what those products gave me but now, I’ve found new ones that my body truly loves. What is even more exciting, there are some innovative new ones on the way, and I couldn’t be more excited about them! In addition these products are less expensive, what an added bonus!!
Beginning last week I embraced the unknown, began trusting the process, and most importantly, moved forward with these outstanding products.
