At the heart of our community are the incredible individuals who go above and beyond every single day—and this month, we’re thrilled to shine our spotlight on one of our brightest young stars: Javier.
Javier’s presence in the Cottage is nothing short of uplifting. With his personable demeanor, boundless patience, and ever-present joy, he has become a beloved member of our team and a favorite among residents. Whether it’s greeting everyone with a warm smile or stepping up to tackle any challenge, Javier consistently brings a positive energy that is truly contagious.
Where Javier really shines is in facilitating resident activities. His enthusiasm, creativity, and laughter turn every event into a memorable experience. From games to arts and crafts to socials, he leads with heart and humor—making sure each resident feels included and uplifted. One of the many examples of his dedication? Javier often stays past his shift—sometimes 20 minutes or more—not because he has to, but because he genuinely wants to ensure that every activity ends on a high note and that every resident is cared for before he leaves.
