Protein on protein with protein glaze ✨ and you know I wasn’t going to use artificial color so betabel 🫜 it was from they have SO much good / amazing natural stuff in there!
🍯🍓 & Paired them with fresh strawberry sauce made with the best local honey 🐝

I’m beyond excited and incredibly grateful to officially welcome you to CMP Meal Prep. What started as a passion for cooking and nourishing my community has grown into something so special, and I couldn’t have done it without your continued support.

At CMP, my mission is simple: to create healthy, macro-balanced meals using clean, minimal, and high-quality ingredients. Meals that fuel your body, support your goals, and still taste amazing. Every dish is prepared with intention, care, and love for real food that helps you feel your best.

I’m also proud to share that CMP Meal Prep is now operating from our new location at Glenwood Square in Yakima. Allowing us to grow, serve you better, and continue elevating the quality and consistency you deserve.
