Something I wrote some years back, before I had my daughters, that inspired “The Journey Through the Womb” section of The Shadow Work Workbook. These types of discussions are what allowed me to have a deeper sense of compassion & innerstanding of my mother, her experiences & what even shaped a major part of our relationship growing up. It also gave me a lot of insight into how I felt about myself & approached the world throughout much of my life. This section is also perhaps one of the most daunting for some people because it can trigger a lot of emotions once you get into those deep discussion. I encourage everyone to go at their own pace & to respect the boundaries of others as they begin answering these questions.

Is this the case for you?There are many times that I find it difficult to do anything productive on the day of the full moon. It will be hard for me to fall asleep, and the night before, I may have wild dreams. There are many times that I can't even get out to do a ritual.
I can't deny the lunar energy that comes about during each .

I'm beginning to see a pattern. I see some significance in what sign the full moon is in.

More emotional based signs or things I'm not close to may affect my focus and productivity. Others seem to enhance these qualities.

I noticed that this full moon is more invigorating.
