I’m a GI dietitian specializing in Celiac Disease, IBS, SIBO, food sensitivities, etc. I’ve been a practicing RD since 2017 and have a degree and strong background in culinary arts as well

There are so many things to consider with the Low-FODMAP diet. I have worked with many clients as a dietitian and these are the most common mistakes I have seen. And it’s not your fault! Usually there isn’t much follow up once you are recommended a low FODMAP diet.
