Eight months ago, I opened The Yakima Men’s Clinic with a simple goal: bring high-quality, independent medical care back to Yakima and give patients and clinicians a better experience.

A few months later, my wife opened Yakima General Surgery to help expand much-needed surgical services in our community.
We started from scratch.

Less than a year in, these clinics are now doing over $80k in monthly revenue, and more importantly, taking great care of local patients.

This week, I announced the next step:
I’m launching The Yakima Clinic, a new independent primary care clinic here in town.

If you’re a PA, NP, DO, or MD who:
wants more autonomy
is tired of corporate medicine dictating how you practice
and is interested in helping build something new and sustainable, I’d love to talk.

If you’re not a clinician but know someone who might be, please share this or connect us.
📩 Email: akira@yakimamensclinic.com
💬 Or send me a DM / connect with me here

I’m also offering a $1,000 referral bonus to anyone who connects me with my first clinician hire.

Yakima deserves great local care. We’re building it.

These are two of our most popular options: BPC-157 and the Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB4).
If you’ve been hearing about peptides but aren’t sure where to start, we can walk you through what’s evidence-based, what’s hype, and what’s right for your goals.

Taking a little break!

I’m heading to Wisconsin for deer season… and then to Thailand for two weeks with the family.

I’ll still be monitoring messages and helping where I can, and my team will be in clinic handling refills and patient support.

I just won’t be able to see new patients or hold visits during this time.

See you when I’m back — hopefully with a freezer full of venison and a slight tan.

Yakima’s medical landscape is changing fast!

Local clinics are being consolidated into larger systems, and signs like these are a visual reminder of that shift.

As a local physician, I believe our community deserves strong independent medical practices alongside the large systems — so patients have real choice, personalized care, and providers who aren’t going anywhere.

Insurance changes like this have real consequences for real families.

When corporate systems tighten access, Yakima patients end up caught in the middle.

This is exactly why independent medical practices — built by local doctors for local patients — are so important. Independent clinics stay flexible, responsive, and focused on care rather than corporate policy shifts.

Yakima deserves a healthcare system that answers to the community, not to distant administrators.

Did you know we have a masseuse!? Introducing TRISTI with IRISH STRENGTH MEDICAL MASSAGE, who gives the DEEPEST most PAINFUL deep tissue medical massage EVER! About two years ago I snapped up my back while squatting. I happened to have a massage already booked with Tristi the next day. Her massage took weeks off of my recovery time. I was shocked by how effective it was. I had become such an ardent believer in her curative powers that I jumped at the opportunity to hire her for our clinic! We had to soundproof the walls of her room because all the screaming was upsetting the other patients.
