Got love Strongman but people don’t understand how much I have eat every day lol. I eat more rice in one day than you can imagine. Have eat every 3 hours or so just try grow & maintain.

I won SW Va. Strongest today 16-18 class. Had great showing. Won all 5 events. Broke a state record for Axel Press for my age. Got meet some new people & see part Va. I never seen before in the mountains 🏔️. Had great time got meet a lot nice people.
