I’m still glowing from the Love that we experienced at the opening of our new CommuniTea Love loft space last night.
It was a family affair we will never forget!
The Aquarius Super Moon illuminated the LOVE of and for community that is the fuel for this life’s journey. I am so incredibly grateful to the friends who showed up physically, and those who sent texts and calls and words of enCouragement, gratitude, and support.

I am now officially scheduling appointments in the space for ReStoryative Somatics Healing Sessions, Prenatal and Postpartum Healing Sessions, Trauma-Informed and healing centered consultations for those who work to support others as healers, helpers, amd holders of spaces. I love working with parents, children, amd families in service to changing patterns and healing generational trauma.

In addition to individual sessions, next week begins weekly group somatic practice sessions. These classes will be a combination of gentle breath work, mindful movement, contemplative writing, meditation, amd of course - herbal Tea. Many folks have asked if I’ll be going back into birthwork. Oh my heart- in so many ways the Birth space is my home space- my passion- a lifetime of privilege to live and learn in that space. However, my body just will not allow me to do the on- call life the way I did for the first twenty years of my career. It just doesn’t work anymore . And so, I am excited to continue to mentor and support the next generation of birth keepers inside of this space with Trauma and Resilience - Informed Birth Education, offering more trainings, guest teachers, practice sessions for practitioners and more. I am so grateful to have a space to anchor this work again.
