Today is National Hot Air Balloon Day. One of our residents, Annette H. (98yrs), took a hot air balloon ride in 1997. Her son just so happened to bring in a story she wrote about her experience when he noticed The Scoop’s snippet on National Hot Air Balloon Day. He said it was serendipitous. Hello Family, Friends and Fans of FCC:

The tent went up today so we are getting closer to the big event on Saturday.

This is just a reminder that on Saturday (May 17) from 4-7, it will be our 2nd annual ‘Cookout With Friends.’

There will be food for $10 consisting of either a Brisket, Burger or Hotdogs along with Homemade sides and desserts. Live music, raffle and a lot of fun and fellowship will be available to all who will be attending.

All proceeds made from this event will go toward the purchase of a new resident van.

I hope to see you all at this great event!
