Update on my health: January I injured myself doing massages. Herniated disc at c-7 pinching the nerve that goes to my right hand and arm. The constant pain subsided four months later. The updated X-ray and EMG shows the herniation has gone down with significant nerve damage to c-7 and c-8. They said nerves can repair over time. I have already closed my massage practice and sorry to say, I don't think I will be returning. I will be focusing on my recovery as well as revamping my coffee roasting business.
