There are a whole lot of bugs 🐛 going around right now 🤧😷

Here are some must haves in OUR medicine cabinet during cold and flu season!!

✨ Mullein- to loosen and help to expel mucous from the lungs and/or sinuses. (We ran out of this ONCE. It won’t happen again 🤣🤣) My kids ask for this by name at the onset of even the slightest stuffy nose. We use for sinus pressure, stuffy nose, dry cough, wet cough- basically any time we feel even the onset of a cold, we start it.
