Hi, my name is Aniko and a few years ago I was introduced to a superfood company. Through this experience I have met many woman and men who needed a change, or just simply wanted to improve their life in different ways, phisically, emotionally or menthally. Slowly I developed a daily routine for myself in which I incorporated a few key principal to keep myself ready to rock each day and serve others with a smile on my face :).
Exercise, Praying, or meditation, Eat well, Proper nutrition, Drink clean water and Sleep well.
Since very young age, I was always on the move. Exercise was always a part of my life, till I had my first knee surgery and till my neck condition wasn’t limiting my daily activities. That was the time when I decided I will always do everything in order to feel free and move freely in my body. Warming up, stretching became an every day routine before I started my day although I kept running and playing tennis and other activities like these. In my understanding these were called exercices. I was recommeded to practice Yoga 18 years ago, I resisted though - “I’m not a yoga person.” - Sounds familiar?
Yoga crossed my path again and I was willing to listen. Quickly realized that by this activity my body is more supported and encouraged to create balance between strength and flexibility than any adding an extra quality to it.
I hardly knew anything about Yoga and one of the best thing could have happened to me is that I discovered and now,
I can share the gift of practicing Yoga.
As a new yoga instructor I do encourage individuals to at least try different styles of yoga, a couple of time and then say Yoga, I love it , or This style is not for me but maybe an other one. Be brave. Give yourself a gift of allowing to try it.
Yoga is a 3 in 1 practice, supporting your phisical body, empower you to tap into your menthal and emotional powers, creating unity so all three aspect of your being assist you towards your purpose, goal in life. If something is missing in your life, come practice yoga and discover your beautiful human being, from the disciplined, the forgiving, the strong, the vulnerable, the peaceful, the be ok who I am to the I love myself version of who you can be. Yoga for me is trust, self-acceptance, a way of living to be kind to others and to myself and in general a better understanding myself as a human being. The quality how I experience life has changed.
Yoga is for everyone, not just for those who can sit in lotus and have an amazing slim body. You don’t say you are not going to school because you can’t write or read yet, that is the reason you go there. In my teaching I help individuals to approach poses with awareness, get in touch with their bodies, find what feels good between ease and effort and have fun, it’s just yoga.
I’m a RYT 200 Yoga Alliance registered hatha/vinyasa teacher, received my training at Yoga Haven, 2018. Continuously developing my skills because I believe yoga is a practice for a reason as a student and as a teacher. Participated in a yin yoga teacher training with Corina Benner in 2019.
