Goals!

Last big holiday is just about here... who's waiting to focus on their health until after that?

Interestingly enough, I was having a conversation with a potential client, the other day, who is in dire need of help, and it has been weighing heavily on my heart for days now.

She has lost all hope and has gotten comfortable with being over 300 lbs. and has succumbed to feelings of shame and guilt but has not been willing to do anything about it until NOW!

When I explained to her how easy this was and how I would be there through EVERY phase of my program, things started to turn around for her. Even more so when I explained how waiting to DIE is no way to LIVE!

Friends, you have a choice!!! It's not willpower, it's not motivation, it's simply RETRAINING your brain to think a different way than what it's used to and getting into ACTION. Is it easy... not at all! But... the good new is, you don't have to do it alone and with ME, you will learn how to manage for the rest of your days.

Easy way to understanding converting carbohydrates grams to sugar grams:

1 teaspoon of sugar has 4 grams of carbohydrates. So something with 8 grams of carbohydrates per serving , you’re consuming 2 teaspoons of sugar.

Before starting program - I drank COFFEE all day long probably 13 cups or more if I’m being honest! The thought of drinking water on program made me laugh out loud and my husband had been telling me this for years (but what does he know right? 🙄).

Water has so many health benefits. I have so much energy, but my favorite is that my natural curly hair doesn’t get dried out or frizzy anymore and my skin is so much healthier! YES‼️. I do attribute this to drinking more water every single day. Never in my life did I think I’d be drinking 100 oz a day.

Seems like a lot right?

Whether you like your coffee black, with cream and sugar, or flavored, there’s no wrong way to enjoy this special day. Make sure to take some time out of your busy day to relax and savor a delicious cup of coffee!

It’s a great opportunity to catch up with friends or family members you haven’t seen in a while.
