Were you able to tune in today for our first EVOGO livestream? Join Christyn every Monday morning and start your week with some firey body work!

To kick off the opening of Evolution Yoga, we are happy to introduce all of our teaching staff that will be facilitating change in our space! The first on our list is a brand new teacher to York and member of the Access 32 program who kicked off the schedule with the 9:15 class this morning!

Christyn Rutter is a 200 hour RYT and began teaching yoga in September 2022 after 15 years of dreaming about it. She is co-owner/director of Popovsky Performing Arts Studio (PPAS) in Lancaster where she manages day to day operations, produces musicals and cabarets, and teaches classes in music, movement, and theatre. Christyn loves to help people unlock some magic within themselves through playfulness and movement, and is especially fascinated with the areas where music and yoga practice intersect. She loves to lift weights, cook, sew, create, and have adventures near and far. Christyn lives in Lancaster with her husband, her tween daughter and son, 4 cats and a dog. She loves to learn, create, move, and connect, and she’s excited to begin to get to know the community in York!
